That Council:
1. Undertake Public Consultation in acccordance with the Local Gocernment Act for the lease of Community Land 14 Belvidere Road, Saddleworth.
2. Subject to sarisfactory consultation approved the Saddleworth District Community Association to lease Community Land 14 Belvidere Road, Saddleworth for a period of 42 years.
3. Authorise the Mayor and Chief Executive Officer to sign and seal the lease documentation.
That the two Saddleworth projects, Saddleworth Park Set up and Saddleworth Institute be prioritized for an amount of $130,000 from the DCP

2. That Council meets the initial cost of the land division and that on satisfactory sale of the land by the Saddleworth & District Historical Society reimbursed to Council its reasonable costs.

That Council approve payment to the Saddleworth & District Community Association for a contribution of $30,000 to allow the Association to purchase the IGA land at Saddleworth.
The motion lapsed due to Mayor Aughey determining the motion was not sufficiently contrary to a previous motion (289-17) 24 July 2017.
That the verbal submission having been made at the public hearing and the written public submissions (list attached) regarding the 2017/2018 Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget be received and that the Acting Chief Executive Officer provide written responses to the submissions.
